Default The Rock; My Character - Needing Suggestions Plz

My W/Mo is like a rock; he will seldom ever go below 300 life. The problem is this: He can't kill anything the way I have put him together. Basically, I have sacrifised the power of killing for the power of... not dying.

I use a sword and a shield; both are decent: The sword has 15-22 damage, and that is it. The shield has 15 defense, and that is it. I fill the requisits. As for my armor, I use a full knights set, except for my helm. The runes I have obtained and used so far are a rune of minor strength, a rune of minor vigor (the health one), and a rune of minor absorbtion.

My stats are as follows (item bonuses included):

Healing: 9
Strength: 10
Swordsmanship: 12
Tactics: 4

Currently, the skills I use are as follows :

1) Sever Artery
2) "I Will Avenge You!"
3) Bonetti's Defense
4) Shield Stance
5) "I Will Survive!"
6) Healing Breeze
7) Healing Hands
8) Mending

Keep in mind, this character has been started from roll playing, and not from PvP only.

The strategy of my character is to rarely let myself get hit by anything, and when I do, it is because they have gotten their "25% chance to hit" in. When they do have a better chance to hit me, I will have healing hands on, or I will be inbetween using one of my "rock" skills.

Sever Artery is meant to help myself kill things, and keep enemy regeneration down. Obviously Gash works well with this, but I can't find a way to stay as an ultimate rock while maintaing that 'sting' to my sword.

"I Will Avenge You!", while conditional on my allie(s) being dead, is very useful. The point of being a rock is to be the last one standing on your team, and still live on. It allows me to kill while one allie is dead, and to live while many or all are gone.

Bonetti's Defense is one of the vital keys to the strategy of this character. It allows me to block for no mana cost, it gains me mana for using Healing Breeze, and it ultimately ties the whole strategy together. Allowing me to take the time to regen mana and life, and have skills up and ready to use again is great.

Shield Stance is another vital key to the strategy. It allows me to block as Bonetti's Defense does, but it also allows me to cast spells while doing so (Bonetti's Defense stops if you cast a spell). It allows me to heal with healing breeze while waiting for Bonetti's Defense to recharge again, :-).

"I Will Survive!" is useful because it costs very little (5 mana; also, everything costs 5 mana or andrenaline except healing breeze). I usually will have "bleading" on me, and another hampering effect, and it will bring my regen up to a ridiculous amount.

Healing Breeze is a given. At the amount of healing prayers I have, it gives me +7 regeneration.

Healing Hands allows me to gain health, and acts like a 100% chance to block and gain a little health (generally).

Mending gives me +3 health regeneration. It's awsom, and even though I gain mana slower while maintaining it, I don't have a problem with it. The ultimate downside of this skill is the fact that it can be dispelled, and recasting it takes time and mana.

~Now you know my character. Could you help me improve on it?
Also, if you like the idea of this build, try it out if you can; I will be posting another character build that is similar to this one, but it is for a W/R. It uses Troll Unguent and Escape (I forget if the name of the skill is escape, but it gives you +75% chance to block and +25% faster run/walk for 7-15 seconds).

Any suggestions? Thanks.

Biggest problem with that build is you want to be the lastman standing... now i worked on a lastman standing build for a "joke character" but as a warrior you should WANT to lay your life down to protect your other players.... you are the wall or meat that other MUST cleave through to get to your parites soft under belly.

Your build does nothing to MAKE them face you they can just mince on past you and pulverise your softies.

I went from highly defencive PvE Wa/Ra (also with amazing healing powers and stances galore).
To:
Respeccing to Wa/Me having no defence and being high utility and damage because with good healers in your guild all your healing skill slots are intantly made redundant... thats not to say all defence is useless... you want to live long enough to use a res signet on the Monk.

"Lone wolf" and "Pesonal glory" builds are the bane of teams your build contributes nothing apart from keeping you alive and that wont snare the enemy warrior on your healer or blind the ranger shooting chokeing gass at your elementalist... you are iminentlly ignorable and people can just run round you, past you and away from you like you arent even there.

Think "teamwork" snares, high damage, knockdowns, blinds, interupts, etc, etc.
Being an un-1V1-able warrior means nothing apart from you will have the rest of the other team beating you into a fine paste when all your team mates are dead rather than being forced into tackling you early enough for it to make a difference.

Sorry to be so negative about your build as there is nothing wrong with that kind of thing in PvE ... it helped me level nice and fast....but PvP you need to change your tactics.

Yah... The character build I made was completely for fun to stay alive. It is almost the opposite of what I used to have.

The problem is I need help keeping the same theme of staying alive like a rock, while being a danger. I have tried some things, and I think I've figured it out.

Anyways, your comment wasn't only obvious, but it wasn't helpful. Sorry to say.

Well if he is "completely for fun" then do as you please there is no need to make him viable in PvP just make him fun...
My answer was to the quesiton as it was posed i.e: "Advice on making this character viable for pvp"
Not: "What should i throw into a just-for-fun build"... becuase that entirley revolves round what you consider fun and not what others think is a good build
